Does this work for removing powder dipped nails?

Yes. Get a bowl of dry rice, heat it up for 1 min in the microwave...pour the acetone in a zip lock bag with some square cuts of pan scrubbers (those green scrubbing pads) and sit the baggie in the rice so it warms up. After you file the top layer of your nails, soak in the warm acetone while rubbing your nails on the scrubbing pads. It should only take about 5-10min to get all the dip off your nails. :)
