How long do the cat fillets last once opened?

Once we open a pack, the fillet doesn’t last as our kids eat every last bit.

The expiration date for both packs that I ordered were each about a little over 11 months out from when I received them.

Your description says " packed in a savory seafood broth" but that's not on the list of ingredients for the chicken fillets. Does it contain seafood?

They have changed the description to say "chicken broth" for the chicken fillet treats.

Are those good for kitten?

Yes, these treat are great for cats and kittens (my dogs actually love both the tuna and chicken fillets). As others have suggested, I would start out by spitting the fillet in several servings and portion throughout the day. You can store the partial fillet in a air tight container in the fridge for 24 hours.
