Aloha Shoyu is all that and worth the trouble of finding it. For a long time, we had one store that carried this and all was good with the world. Then...they stopped. Desperation set in and I decided extreme measures had to be taken, which involves, apparently, a giant bottle of shoyu. This soy sauce is worth it. It's absolutely wonderful. It's a Hawaiian style brew, which means it's a little less sharp and has a bit more oomph, and is slightly thicker, though only someone who really pays attention would notice. The low salt version is much better for you, but also tastes better. Luckily, shoyu is shelf stable, which means this lovely giant bottle will last and last. It's an excellent bargain when you break it down.
