1850 by Folgers Coffee Black Gold Dark Roast Ground Coffee, 12 Ounces

I was sick of the mediocre, overpriced coffees. And I finally found great, robust flavor, in this too-little bag of 1850 coffee! It was also great that the 1850 manufacturer, spared me from annoying, near-the-bottom-grainy-gritty coffee grinds! That's the latest tactic by coffee manufacturers giving less, for more money! So thank you, 1850, for not doing that. But uhm..you STILL make me add more coffee, than standard directions for a few tablespoons. I actually don't even need a tablespoon anymore! I just need a steady hand shaking coffees from their bags, into my white coffee filters. I almost fill up my filter with 1850/any other coffees. And I still add only 12 cups of water, since more makes coffee-flavored water, not coffee I want to drink. Oh, well. I just accept it. If I want very good/great pots of coffees, I must use more coffees, and buy coffees more frequently!

First purchased some pods locally to try and found the coffee to be really good - if you like a dark roast with full body flavor - which I do. Liked it from the first cup so I decided to order the ground bagged version to use in my reusable k-cup to save moneys. Every bit as good. A winner I will stick with.

I like strong coffee & this doesn't disappoint. It does have a very smooth taste with a hint of chocolate. It isn't my favorite (yet), but my grown son loves it. It's ground very fine & it's not too expensive, which makes it great in my book! :)

A good robust coffee, though not quite up to the flavor much higher priced than locally ground and marketed coffees. I am glad to have tried this coffee though it will not be a regular purchase.

Husband bought this in our grocery store one day and really fell in love with the taste. As the pandemic hit, grocery shopping wasn't something I was eager to do. Buying it here made me able to give him the brand he wanted without going to the store.

I have been a fan of Folgers for years , tried this 1850 , absolutely a great taste , body richness, almost a chocolate taste , hearty highly recommend to try .

I love this full flavor, bold and robust coffee. I have tried Illi at twice the price, but this coffee is as good as it gets. I just reordered 2 bags and it will be a necessary/requirement for my coffee bar/pantry. Just finished a cup with snow on the ground. Very hygge 😊!

Not as well ground as, say, French Roast but it is still very good and keeps you awake.If only they kept coffee this good at work ...
