Review: Utterly useless - The product is utterly useless, unless the manufacturer gives a correct explanation for the issue raised here. (1) It's already three days since the product was kept at the spot visited by rats. Even today (as shown in the picture) rats seems to be coming. The photo shows the black spots which are the excretions of the rats. One spot is seen on the box also. So the question is whether product is a REPELLANT or an ATTRACTION for the rats. Why they are not driven out by the odour? Being a herbal product and chemical free and eco-friendly, I was attracted to buy this item; but got disappointed.
