I didn't really have high expectations, so I was pertty surprised that I could see a noticeable improvement after using these products. The vitamin c serum really did brighten my face pretty much right away. After a month or so of using the whole set I don't think there is any question that my face is firmer and fine lines are finer. I am 56. I am feeling like it has taken 6-7 years off my face. (of course, no way to really gauge that accurately, but that is what I would estimate). I think as I use it more I could see more improvement. I know I am never going to look 20 again, but I appreciate the help looking a bit younger. The reason I dinged it one star is the applicator bottle. I really dislike the applicator on the eye cream and retinal. You cannot get a precision amount. Too mjch comes out and it sometimes squirts off in the wrong direction. This is a pretty reasonably priced product, but still. You don't want to pump out more than you need and waste it. The vitamin c serum smells like oranges for a moment but the smell dissipates within seconds. This does not bother me, but I think some people would not like it. But the smell is pleasant enough and does go away quickly. I do like it.
