Braided Leather Necklace Cord for Pendants with Clasp

Very nice, attractive closure, impressive bag and box

It's nice, simple, easy to clasp on own, has various sizes, and so far seems sturdy. I have a couple necklaces that I wear practically all the time, one being this. I was a little concerned about the clasp at first, wondering if it'd become loose or easily detach but nope, it's held up well. And the clasp style makes it easy to undo by yourself or if you have big or clumsy fingers. I just pull mine off over my head, but I like the clasp a lot for when I do undo it. It's not too thick to be clunky or too thin to fear it's durability. Nice and simple, just how I like.

I have a heavy lampwork glass pendant that has needed a chain for a couple of years. None of my chains were strong enough, so when I saw these I thought they might support the weight. They're even better than that. They hold the weight of the glass piece, and I've yanked on them a few times to be sure they'd hold. (I've never seen this kind of clasp before and I wanted to test it. Both necklaces definitely passed.) But I was expecting a thick, clunky, and ugly leather cord, and that's not what I got at all. The 2mm actually looks very delicate and well-made. They arrived coiled, in a black nylon gift bag inside a blue gift box, but when I took them out they uncoiled immediately. The clasp actually looks nice and is easy to open and close. I'd happily give one of these as a gift except that I want them both for myself. The gift bag and box both have the ChainsHouse logo on them, if you're looking for a gift and that's important to you. You could probably wrap the box lid separately so that the recipient can open the box without removing the paper. I see the seller says their necklaces are "made with German Equipment", which may be true, but the packaging says "Made in China". I'm not sure if that means that parts were made in Germany and assembled in China. But since it does what I need it to do, I don't care. I'll be giving a couple of pendants as gifts this year, and they'll be on these necklaces.

I have two of these chains in different lengths. The clasp is different and works well, easy to put on and off. I do feel that it’s overpriced.

Nice quality. Sturdy, waterproof, no problems a year later. Would purchase again of needed.

This is an excellent leather necklace which I belive is better for teens to use with t-shirts, polos and maybe other tops depending on the color. Its a great and comfortable necklace, however which I think it will be a necklace that I can't use while being in an activity because apart of being from leather I have seen that near the closing is a little bit damaged and I have only used it like 3 times. Lastly the times I have used it when is in my neck I almost can't feel it so that's a great thing. The leather necklace is great consider having it so that you can see it for yourself. (THE RING IN THE PICTURE IS NOT INCLUDED)

I bought a few of these to wear with some of my pendants, and I was happy with them at first. They seemed to be good quality, they looked nice with my pendants, and I liked the sleek style. I was careful not to get them wet or anything, and have not experienced any fraying. However, I did notice after a while that I would get headaches whenever I wore them. Which I thought was strange, I became very cautious about it, since I am a sensitive individual with chemical sensitivities, and I have MCAS, so lots of little things trigger me. I was thinking, since this is supposedly made of recycled leather, that perhaps it had some chemical or lead in it that was giving me headaches, so I contacted the seller, and they said it was lead-free. But then I asked them if they actually tested, and they never gave me a straight answer for that, which I find suspicious. So while I have had no issues with the quality of these necklaces, unfortunately, I have to stop using them because they make me sick; one also left a rash on my neck recently. So there's that.

It was the perfect length and the clasp is simple and easy to use.

Soy Dermatólogo... Y mi hija tiene dermatitis por contacto a joyería de fantasía. He vuelto a pedir 3 más, ahora de 3 mm, dos en negro y uno en rosa. Calidad y hechura excelentes. Y después del primer año, mi hija lo sigue pudiendo usar casi a diario sin problemas de eccema. Super, super recomendable para pieles delicadas (aunque siempre hay idiosincrasia en la forma de reaccionar).

Very impressed with this item it's strong and yet doesn't look like it is which is exactly what I wanted.
