Would Buy Again
I was given an XL faja (brand M&D) by my surgeon's office after my lipo 360 and an abdominal scar revision. I bought a second, same brand, days after surgery size M recommended by my post op masseuse. These are around $130. The genital area zipper with this brand is so uncomfortably tight I wanted to cry from being so miserable but I kept wearing them anyway. I'm 5'8, 180 lbs, hips 39, waist 34 with a long torso and naturally busty. I really like the movable flap on this faja for restroom use. It doesn't attach to anything and easily moves which may be a bother for some. I enjoy the freeness of the area compared to the zipper kind. I've only used this for urinating and never poo. Helpful tip, I urinate backwards on the toilet to be able to lean forward and not soil the garment. Considering I'm taller than average, the straps surprisingly aren't a bother at all. The garment was tricky to put on the first time and really difficult to latch the hooks. But after that I found my method to make it work and move faster. I'm barely on the first hook so I have plenty of time to work my way to the tightest hook. I do wear these w lipo foams inside as well. This garment doesn't have a lot of stretch which is a good thing post op as you're trying to keep everything tight to the body. I haven't tried wearing this with fitted clothing but have used it with jeans and t-shirts without it being obvious. The compression, material and appearance are really good. I did see a lot of complaints with the thigh area. My legs/ thighs are thinner than average w/ my tall frame so they rarely roll up and it's not a bother. I will say the butt area is shaped strangely and it actually makes my butt look smaller but I can't tell in jeans/ joggers. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would buy it again. However, I will be trying other brands that are even cheaper to see if they measure up in quality. And definitely no more zippers for me.

Good for lipo
I bought two different fajas to alternate with, both a different brand. This one is far superior and although more money than I wanted to pay, worth the money. There is an opening in the crotch for ease of bathroom use. The opening is placed in the right spot and had a fabric flap to cover your parts and protect you from irritation against whatever you're wearing that day. This also has 4 rows of clasps that allow you to continue slimming down as swelling reduces, etc. It was very comfortable for the most part. My only complaint is that once the leg band started to roll, it would bunch in my groin area and pinch my skin right there and the only solution to that was throwing it in the wash and kind of "resetting" it. It just made for an uncomfortable and sometimes painful rest of my day until I could get it off and throw it in the wash. This happened more on the right side than the left and I think that is because the left is where the flap connects to the rest of the garment and the right is more open ? I don't really know how to explain that without showing you and that's not happening 😂 There is just a gap where the skin is more vulnerable to getting pinched. It has caused a little raw spot on my groin right there.

If you have thick thighs or loose skin thighs- don't buy
Horrible! It is so tight. It isn't thick. The material is as labeled nylon and some other material. It will shape you, but you can't breathe easily. The thighs are SO tight. It is so hard to get on! I zipped my thigh in it. Returned!

Tight but right
I bought this after liposuction of upper/lower stomach and flanks. I am 5"3 and about 200lbs and bought a 2XL in this garment. I was going to buy a 3XL but glad I didn't. My body composition is a little different so someone at my height and weight may not be able to wear the same size as me but my review may be a guide for sizing. It has 4 sets of hooks. It was truly snug. When I first wore it, I had to hook it on the first set of hooks and i'm sure it's because I was still swollen. It was tight but I was still able to move around comfortably in it. I slept pretty well in it also. After about 4 days, I was able to move it to the second set of hooks. A couple days after that I was able to move to 3rd set of hooks. I'm sure it's probably because my swelling has gone down quite a bit and this is even after a couple hand washes. I only had it a week as of today. It's described as a stage 1 and stage 2 garment. The center opening is very wide so you'll be able to urinate comfortably. I do wish the straps had a little more slack to adjust because at night, they are tight around my arms. The straps are removable but I think it takes away from the ability to compress your top half because there is nothing to "pull up" the body suit. After wearing the garment for a while, it will loosen up. I'm not going to spend much more money on garments and will wear this one until I just can't wear anymore. I will buy another if this one is extremely loose, but otherwise I'll keep this one.

Easy bathroom breaks and zero discomfort.
I'm absolutely in love with this faja. The closure system and flap design are fantastic. Once you get the hang of it, the ease of use for bathroom breaks is incredible. Plus, the fit is great because it hugs your torso without running large. The best part is that I don't feel any discomfort in my thighs, making the overall comfort amazing for all-day wear. The compression and quality are excellent. Highly recommended!

Thighs are too tight.
So I am 4 weeks post surgery. For the first couple of weeks I was wearing a faja from The Pink Room which was excellent. Had hooks and a zipper which was easy to take off and on and the fabric was much sturdier. I bought the Sonryse faja for stage 2 … I bought a medium based on their measurements but it was too big so I bought a small. Their measurements for the thighs is a huge difference between the medium and small. The thighs roll up and dig into the inner thighs like a tourniquet. An extra inch would have made a huge difference. On a positive note at least it’s way to go to the bathroom.

Great for after tummy tuck!
Worked very well after my abdominalplasty and lipo. It was great that there are 4 different rows of eye hooks so you can make adjustments as swelling goes down.

Good compression
This faja is ok but the compression is nowhere as good as the more expensive ones, I wanted a second faja whilst the first one was taken in but didn’t want to spend another £150 so got this one instead, in hindsight I wish I’d bought another expensive one but this one is adequate, the compression is still good and had I bought this one and never have worn the expensive one I would be over the moon as it’s still so much better than the lipoelastic compression garment I was recommend to wear after surgery last time . One of the best things about this is it’s easy to go toilet in, my expensive one I literally have to sit face on ways the toilet as the wee slit is so far back, this one you can just sit like a normal person on the toilet x
