This is not pure ghee
I have been using this product for quite some time but the last 2 times I ordered it - I saw a difference and was not able to tell what it was. When I use this in baked products - on cooling done the products dry up and harden — should never happen with pure ghee products. Then I changed the ghee and tried again — I did not change any other ingredient. I tried only after throwing out many of my baked good batches. It’s adulterated. And some other fat is being mixed in it. Avoid if you are looking for something pure.
