LF002 - The Leila Fletcher Piano Course Book 2

My son’s piano teacher recommended this book and it has been a great book for my son on his piano learning journey.

Exactly what I needed. No issues.

Great series for beginners! My son likes the fact that he was playing songs right a way, and he loved having me sing the words to these simple songs while he plays. My mother taught piano for many years, and recommended this series to me for young beginners.

First ever method book for kids that I have seen spiral bound. Excellent for students who may be practicing on a keyboard with limited music rack. This book easily follows any method series Book one and introduces D, A, E and B flat with transposition. Time tested classic.

these books are wonderful. This method is very good and is better for some students than others. I don't use them with everyone, but they are perfect for some of my kiddos.

My daughter who has been playing piano for a couple of years opened this book up and started playing all of the songs easily. She loves having sheet music to her favorite musicals.

Despite the fact that this book is rather old, it's still a great piano course. I was given a last minute beginner piano class to teach, and had never taught one before. I had the first book from when I was young and started there. It does move a little faster than some other beginner piano, but since the students I was teaching were a little bit older (high school), the pace was fine. Overall, an oldie but a goodie.

...for my daughter in Canada. She got it and all is well. This course (Leila Fletcher) was a bit of a tradition for the kids while growing up. Now they have kids of their own! Everyone seems to really enjoy the songs with their simple lyrics. But over all this is a very course -- Books One through Six.
