I had some of my warehouse employees put it together and they said it was a little challenging. You will want to make sure that you take care to make the steps level. We had an issue with that and had to redo some of the bolts. The top step is small so if you are going to get anything more than 5 steps or have to do any work on the ladder, I would make sure you purchase one with a bigger platform.
