I love these capsules. I take them daily and have for over a year. For someone with frequent stomach issues and acid reflux, I've found these to be very helpful. Taking them according to directions, they help keep my stomach calm, and I rarely ever need anything for the reflux, such as tums or even omeprazole. I'll continue to order and take these. The price is great and they appear to be great quality. I have had other brands in the past and have noticed some quality issues with the capsules. Even had one jar where they were all stuck together, but no problems ever with these Young Life Research capsules.

I am an actually shopper. Haven't been paid. Didn't even know this existed. I found out about it clicking through website to website...as we all do. I have to say this is one of those times you find something and it actually works. I have been so underwhelmed and disappointed by most products. I had no specific goal in mind in purchasing or taking this. It has however curved my appetite and reduced my sugar craving. Who doesn't want that...I know I do. It also has relieved some of my super dry itchy skin. I would have to take it longer term to give more feedback but I would say it's only going to get better. Great product, easy to take. I'm a fan.

I like these pills, though I do wish they were smaller in size. MCT's are great for the brain so I take these daily.

I would like to start by saying that I gave this 5 stars because I really can't find anything negative about this company or product. It arrived on time, in proper packaging. I wanted to start taking these because I want to lower my cholesterol levels, and I had read many reports that coconut oil can help with that. I have received a bonus with these pills as well because I have noticed that when I take them my cravings for sugary sweets seems to have diminished. I feel better when I take them, and I am really hoping that along with my healthy lifestyle, and these pills that my next cholesterol test will show improvement. I'll update if anything changes =)

Very fast and efficient shipping. Nicely packaged to protect the product. Large capsules but they go down easily. Not much oil in each capsule (hence 4 stars) so I will probably switch to a solid to use in coffee or hot water. Overall, excellent product if you want capsules.. Sandi B.

Excellent product. I bought this to help me have a sound and restful sleep. Several times at night, I would get up and use the restroom, go back to sleep, but it would take me a few minutes to fall back to sleep. In the morning, I would get up tired. Even when I don't wake up in the middle of the night, I would wake up tired. I read somewhere in the Internet to take coconut supplement to help with my restless sleep. Been taking it a few days and have noticed I don't wake up in the middle of the night, and I wake up refreshed. I think it's working.

I had a baby 1 year ago. Since I'm in my 40's, this whole process has been hard. I haven't been able to lose the baby weight, my energy level is crap, just feeling blah. My co-workers told me about a diet, the MCT diet. It is supposed to increase energy, help you lose weight, make your hair and nails heathier, help with bowel functioning. She paid $500 for powder that contains this mysterious MCT. I can't afford that so I did some research. MCT is basically coconut oil! I bought these pills as a cheaper alternative. I am amazed by how well they work! I have already lost 5 pounds, my energy level has been amazing. I have changed nothing else about my life except add these pills. They are very large pills, however, don't let that intimidate. They are actually pretty easy to swallow due to their coating. So far I am very happy with these pills.

Will update my review as time goes on. I think I've only had these for a week. I take 2 a day faithfully along with 1 super B-complex pill in the morning. I will say the next day I don't know HOW, but I felt Superhuman. Usually I'm out of breath when walking up my stairs, but I did it with ease as if my body hadn't moved at all... ? So I walked down the stairs and ran up again. Same result. Did it 2 more times and when nothing was sore, I just started doing jumping jacks in my room and jogging in place for 5 minutes straight. NOTHING. Wasn't until I placed my palm against my chest and felt my heart pumping really hard and fast. With that said, I don't know if it was these pills, Super B-complex, or the combination of both. But my energy level has definitely spiked. As for appetite, I still eat the same, I think it will only suppress appetite when you are mentally prepared to stop eating whenever you're bored. As for my nails, this is the first time in years I haven't chewed on them because they are so frickin HARD. It's growing in fast. I don;t know how people get "free" stuff to try out on here, but I was a little skeptical on the reviews so I will keep updating on this.
