Can I order circles 16" diameter by 3/4" thick? If so, will the rounded edge be finished ?

do you offer an 18" circle in 3/4 of 1/2" and what would the cost be?

Could this be used as a pizza cutting board?

You can use this as a pizza cutting board though I would finish it with something first. It also might not last you that long for that use...

I'm looking for birch / ash / maple in 1" thick and 18"+ diameter. Do you sell that?

No - our thickest size is 1/2" thick

Will this piece of wood withstand the elements?

I don't think so. maybe you can seal it with a waterproof sealant
