The WiFi in our house has been struggling lately, and when we bought a new TV we decided it would be best to have it wired in to the router.The cable arrived promptly and well packaged, and it was obviously easy enough to connect at both ends.The fact that the cable is flat makes it easy to run along skirting boards and over doors, and the length was great for this as well.It works exactly as intended and the tv is yet to struggle with any streaming. I have been using the cable for the past few weeks and it has worked perfect. There is defenetly an improvement in network and I am able to reach speeds of around 500mbps in peak hours and around 800mbps during off peak. There were no dropouts or lag at all since I started using it. The cable is thin so very easy to run it along the trim of the room. Would recommend.

Quadrupled my speed, very happy with this upgrade. Changed from my old CAT5E 30m cable to this after upgrading my network plan. Completely blown away by the difference. Cable is solid and feels like quality. Uses gold RJ45 connectors so works perfectly with my existing setup.Only Con I would say is when running along the walls, I find circular cables better to route. Flat cables can be a pain to bend around corners and although thinner, as the cable is still relatively thick, it can be difficult to fold around crevices. If the seller offered standard circular CAT8 cables at 30m, I believe these would be easier to install.Despite this, overall - 5stars.

I initially got this because I was looking for a high speed flat weather resistant ethernet cable because I have an ethernet run going to the attic and I had the cable going through the skylight window because I didn't want to drill a hole in the ceiling. The old cable was a thicker and round and as a result the window would not close BUT luckily there is a lock on the inside and I can lock the window when it is only open like 1CM and the gap was not even big enough for someone to slip something in because of the angles in the window so I was fine with that. Around 5 months ago I got ultra fast gigabit broadband for the first time and was after fast cables and came across this and thought I would try it because of the marketing involving the cable being flat and relatively thin and being able to bend around corners as a result. Now I can FULLY close the skylight with this cable and not only that it is super fast although I cannot comment if the cable actually is Cat8 or not because Cat8 is a little overkill for 1GBps data speeds and I only got this because firstly it was relatively cheap and secondly the good reviews and quality and thirdly I could keep it as future proofing in case I get faster broadband before retiring the cables because I ended up getting several in various lengths

Lo pasé del router del salón al despacho para poder teletrabajar y es una maravilla al ser plano con cola térmica queda de lujo pasado por el rodapie. En velocidad me dio 4ms de latencia y más de 500 megas de bajada y subida ( tengo contratado 500) maravilloso volvería a comprarlo sin duda.
