This is great shampoo and conditioner smells great! It makes your hair look great and smells good also. I love this an will be buying more before this runs out. It lathers up with just a few drops a you can only wash your hair once a know it’s clean. I love this.

This is my 5th time buying this shampoo, and I’ve been using it consistently for about a year now. For me, that says everything. My hair is naturally very frizzy, and I’ve tried a lot of products that either didn’t work or only gave temporary results. With this one, I started noticing a real difference over time. My hair feels softer, looks shinier, and is much easier to manage, especially when I style it straight. It doesn’t completely eliminate frizz, but it definitely helps control it in a way that feels natural, not heavy or greasy. It also cleans well without leaving my hair dry, which is important for me because some shampoos that target frizz tend to strip too much moisture. One thing to keep in mind is that this isn’t a one-use miracle the results come with consistent use. If you have frizzy and you’re looking for something that actually improves your hair over time, this is a really good option. I keep repurchasing it for a reason.

It works great, but was disappointed that it did not have the classic Chi smell. Really has no smell at all, but works great.

My hair was severely damaged from daily blow-drying and frequent use of a straightening iron. After trying many less expensive brands, I realized they caused my hair to break even more. CHI Keratin shampoo and conditioner are the only products that truly minimize damage and keep my hair strong. Because of the results I’ve seen, I won’t use any other shampoo or conditioner besides CHI.
