Quick and easy install took under a minute, plus it looks great. For less than $5, it is exactly what I needed. Covered the old deadbolt hole that we don't need any more in our repurposed greenhouse door.

I had to fill up a hole left by a deadbolt, because it was mounted in a weird way, and didn't work right. This covered the hole well, so winter winds aren't screaming through the hole into my house. Highly recommended! Very Sturdy!

Covers deadbolt hole perfectly!
I have a metal screen that the deadbolt has been removed from. The hole always bothered me but didn’t know there was a solution until I found this! Pretty easy to install. Just need a screwdriver! Covered the hole perfectly and planning on spray painting white to match the screen. Metal is heavy duty and the screw facing the exterior has a flat head so it can’t be removed from outside.

Does Exactly What Needed
Got a new door and put this in until we get the new lock made so the deadbolt and handle have the same lock. This was easy to install and works perfectly in the meantime for us. Good product!

Saved me the cost of a new door
I found these as a solution to avoid buying a new door. I just wasn’t going to get a new one so I wondered if I could just block the top hole! It works! The outside part is smooth so it can’t be removed with a screw driver. I hope this helps anyone who was concerned about the same thing!
