It requires no more space than a crock-pot, and is versatile. So far, everything I have used it for, comes out perfect. It is perfect for a single guy or girl to spend less eating at work and eating fresh. It works perfectly I have boiled eggs, bacon sausage, Cornish hens vegetables on the bottom. I have even baked a pie and cookies in this thing. everything can be cooked from frozen. its portable and easy to use it doesn't create a lot of heat, it doesn't smoke or burn and it has a timer like a microwave. Its way better then microwave as it can cook real food and its better then toaster oven because it wont burn and it doesn't take as long to cook. I recommend this mini for a single person and the large one for a family. I have a few miner problems with this product in regards to refinements. the clips that hold it when carried do not work and are pointless. you'll wine up caring it from the base not from the handle up top. Also the rack should be adjustable so that you can cook things simultaneously on the bottom suck as vegis. You can still manage it. I like watching the food cook but just to make it easier with the lid it would be better if it was conventional like a microwave. This is great product none the less and if u intend on saving money and not eating at work it will do an exceptional job.
