UPDATE: Customer service contacted me immediately and quickly sent a replacement. The most recent model seems to do better with ejecting the DVDs from the top. I don’t love the new buttons on the screen front, but I rarely use them anyway, as I’m usually adjusting from the remote.We have had the previous model of this DVD player for 2+ years (with DVD loading on the side). We loved it so much that we ordered a second one for our second child… The DVD loads on top. It was finicky from day 1 as to when it would want to eject the disk… Now, just 4 months later, it won’t eject at all…

Our kids loves this DVD player system. We ordered 2 and they worked perfectly for our road trips. After some time they started to stop working. One will not even spin the dvd to read and the other randomly started telling us our dvds are not registered for the region the DVD player is from. After working with their customer support they are replacing them. The product might need a little more quality but their customer service is superb.

Bought this for my son to use during long road trips. Ive checked it to make sure it works but haven't watched anything in length yet. Picture isn't crisp but is still decent... you can't see anything other than a negative image if you're not looking at the screen straight on though. Sound is ok. It comes with headphones but we will use our own. Nothing negative about enclosed headphones, my son just prefers earbuds.The headrest mount... it is phenomenal & sturdy! Best mount we've ever had! No more straps or velcro snatching my hair out lol. All said, for the price, I expected better image quality. Note: on start up screen, the word signal is spelled singal. It has no effect on play but may speak a little on quality or quality control.Seller sent an ac wall adapter for free as well since it didn't come with one.

We ordered 2 of these DVD players for our girls to use on long road trips. They are very nice and the kiddos love being able to watch what they want to watch on their own screen. They are easy to use and install. One of the DVD players started having a flickering problem with the screen during our second time using it. The seller is exchanging it for us with no hassle. Once after we receive the replacement and have used them during our summer vacation road trip, I will update my review. Others than the technical issue, we have been happy with our purchases so far.

Big screen, loud speakers, portable and adjustable. The remote is a little hard to work. Maybe my remote is defective. Most times I just use my fingers on the screen to change settings and adjust volume. I still like the product and best of all, it keeps my kid happy in the car! Additionally the seller offered to send a free wall adaptor for free. I can now use it at home. Thanks!

I have been buying and using Naviskauto portable DVD players over two generations of the product starting with the 10 inch version. My primary use is at home where I like the convenience of the DVD drive and screen as an all-in-one device that is lighter and easier to operate than a laptop with DVD drive. I did have to get used to the fact that newer models don't have built-in batteries (but they are also lighter as a single unit rather than an older swivel design). The AC/DC power adapter was provided by the seller for free in exchange for a review. The main reason for 5 stars is excellent customer support that I have used to obtain the power adapter and then most recently when one out of my Naviskauto players developed a power-on issue a good year after the purchase, yet the customer support email address still worked and 18 months warranty terms were promptly honored. I now have a third generation 12 inch DVD player that is working great and fits my needs.

We ordered two of this brand in 2017 and picture and quality was substantially better. They still work and sound great, we purchased a second set for our second vehicle in June 2022 and straight out of the box one screen was distorted, I can only describe it as double vision and very dark. We worked with the settings and couldn’t get it to improve. Second and most unforgiving problem is the lack of audio, my kids share the screen with second and third row so we need to use the dvd speaker for sound, not the headphones. The sound is so low, even sitting directly in front of the dvd player you can hardly hear it. Headphones does fix the audio issue if you have everyone sitting on one bench. For us, that’s not an option. We are very disappointed these didn’t work out as we had just a great experience the first go around.As a side notation, the first set we purchased is no longer for sale, but Amazon suggested this model as a replacement.

I ordered NAVISKAUTO 12". It came on time in a perfect condition. This is my third order of a Car DVD Player and from the very beginning I noticed a significant difference in quality between this model and other models I ordered before. It is assembled with high quality components and has very good operating manual with the detailed instructions. Also, I sent a request to send me a wall charger and receive a response next day. Recommend to consider this model if you are on a market for car DVD player.

I bought this product on November 2022 and it is not reading disc anymore.The image get stock and nothing is working. Is it still under warranty ?? Can I get it fixed ? or it is 200$ in the drain ?André.
