Does Boyajian Lemon Oil ever spoil, or go bad?

I've never had a problem with it, however I assume that it could go rancid since it is an oil. For that reason, I keep my citrus oil (lemon, lime & orange) in the refrigerator.

Can I use this in lemonade?

I wouldn't, at least the two bottles I have bought. I will never buy this oil again. It is more bitter pith than lemony zest.

Does this have terpenes like orange rind oil for cleaning?

My specific answer is "I don't know, HOWEVER, my experience with sealed concrete countertops is, it will strip the finish if not wiped away promptly." I can tell you the same happened when a careless guest made fresh orange juice and slopped oranges all over my countertop.

Never used citrus oil in baking before - to flavor, say, a cup of cookie glaze, do I need a few drops, teaspoon, ounce? Thanks!

We use 2 tsp of orange oil for 4# of ganache; I'd go with a few drops for a cup of glaze.....
