How often do you replace these?

Hi, thanks for your question! The answer depends on your use. If you're using it every day, we recommend replacing after about 2-3 weeks. The sponge will start to shrink down and might tear slightly in some spots when it's getting close to the end of its useful life. It can then be thrown out with organic waste or composted. I’ve used several different brands of these Konjac sponges and they are comparable to the high end more expensive ones if not better. Been using same one every day for a month and it seems to be holding up great.
