I loved this HDMI adapter I bought to connect my DVD player to the new TV. The installation was super easy, about 5 minutes. I only connected the RCA cables (red, white and yellow) to the adapter and the HDMI cable to the TV. And ready! The image looks amazing, very clear and stable. The 1080p scaling gives a modern touch to the old DVDs, they look like new! In addition, it is very small, so it does not take up any space behind the TV. So far I haven't had any interruptions with the signal or anything that interrupts the movie. If you have a DVD, a camcorder or any device with RCA output and want to use it on a TV with HDMI, I highly recommend this adapter! It is practical, easy to use and works wonderfully. You won't regret it!

My mother-in-law loves playing bowling on our Wii. Problem: our new TV in the garage didn't have the RCA connectors required for the Wii. After much research on different adapters and looking into the best adapter that will give excellent video quality, I determined the Mini AV2HDMI as the best solution based on 1) size, 2) good video quality, 3) flexible - I can be used with other gaming/cameras I have at home, 4) better value than the other products. Compared to other brands that were designed only to be used with the Wii, I decided the advantages of those products were not worth the more expensive price. I chose an adapter that is great because I can also use it to connect other games and my digital camera to the TV. I have used the product for 8+ weeks, and we have had great fun playing bowling on the Wii with no issues. Note: I mounted the adapter to the back of my TV using velcro with adhesive and powered the adapter from the TV USB port. I can easily access the connections from the bottom of the TV. The only con I have is that the product came with adhesive tape or velcro to mount the adapter to the back of the TV. I rated the product high because it solved my problem with no issues. Overall, I am thrilled with the video quality, easy setup, and no problems.

Perfect for hooking up my older consoles to a newer TV. It was basically plug-and-play and the picture quality is much better than I expected for an analog-to-digital jump. It’s a cheap and easy way to keep using the stuff you already have without needing an old CRT monitor.

Funciona a la perfección, pero ojo! Eso no quiere decir que la calidad de imagen sea buena en todas las consolas antigüas, eso depende del televisor que se tenga. En mi caso en una televisión OLED la sega Mega Drive no se vé del todo bien la imagen y en PS2, se ve a la perfección . En demás plataformas no he probado. Muy recomendable por ese precio.

I’m using this on my Nintendo 64 and it works great! The power cable is a bit short and the placement of the port could have been next to the HDMI port for convenience but still, it works!

This converter makes it possible to attach my aging Sony PlayStation 2 to a more modern Flat panel T.V. and makes it possible to enjoy and play games on the PS2 further extending its life. It comes with a upscaler chip to choose between 720 P and 1080 the the picture quality is good in both setting. The only drawback is that the converter needs to be powered by external USB cable ( Supplied with the unit ) and it takes up the USB port on the PS2. The other minor grievance is that it exposes the PS2 video output as primitive in the age where 4k output has become the standard. Besides that, It is a good buy.
