*BEWARE* this item is defective and scratched my windows. The seller first denied all claims, saying that I did not use it properly. Then after I sent pictures he CHANGED the description of the item, adding that it is not suitable for a single-glazed window and therefore refusing a refund. This seller should not be trusted. Be careful with your windows! I am adding pictures of the plastic pin that scratched my window (it sticks out more than the cleaning pad). Bad design and terrible experience overall

A work around for difficult situations. Good but not perfect!

Bought for my Mum, she's really pleased as she didn't think it would clean so well. Be aware that the magnetic pull is very very strong, I did catch my thumb in it and it hurts.

I've updated my review of this product, as my first was unfair ( it being late arriving ).The product is well made, nice and firm in the hand. The sponge heads are of good quality and look made to last.The magnetism is strong, and easily capable of dealing with a double glazed window.Sadly the product is let down by the "squeegee" strips at the back of the pads, which gradually work their way out of the sliders to which they're inserted, meaning that although the window is cleaned, it is awkward to remove the excess water from the window surface. Sure it might be possible to effect some form of more resilient blade, perhaps a neoprene item, rather than the nylon insert which it has.
