I dont know anything about skin. I read up on my condition. It was KP. All along my arms. Since I was in my teens. It's really good. I absolutely love the personal note they enclosed. It actually kind of brought a tear to my eye. They are confident in their product, and you dont see such a personal touch. Everything is automated. When I saw them offering FBM I sort of was hesitant. They hand wrote my name - along with a nice little note. That was fantastic and a surprise. I did want to just say, that the product works. I use it in combination with SA Lotion (Salacytic acid) for Bumpy Rough Skin. Combined, it clears it up twice as fast no joke. Great company. I'm about to buy it again. I have found that it does work to reduce KP but it takes time to completely remove the KP. What you will see soon (1-3 months) is your skin get softer and the bumps stop growing but then over time existing KP will get smaller and slowly vanish.
