How have I been wearing dresses without these my whole life? Blessed with thick thighs but it can make wearing dresses in the summer quite uncomfortable. I started researching under shorts like thigh society but I thought the price was insane for essentially a pair of underwear so I hopped on trusty Amazon and found these. Wardrobe necessity for life now.

These are so comfortable. Very comparable to Thigh Society's "Original" slip short but much more affordable! Amazing value. They are not see through and are soft. For the purpose of anti-chafing under dresses and skirts, I have purchased slip shorts from Thigh Society which are great in comfort but pricey; then tried to go the more affordable route with a brand from Target. But Target's slip short did not compare in quality. This has been the best of both worlds! I didn't see a length listed when I purchased (and while I haven't measured), they seem to be about 9" which is what I was looking for. I like mine on the longer side for maximum comfort, anti-chafe, and no riding up the thigh when I walk. I wear a size 10/12 in bottoms and purchased the size 12-14. They are not at all too big. They fit just right, and do not roll! I analyze and second guess my purchases a lot, so I hope this helps someone else feel confident in their purchase, and that it works out as perfectly for others as it has for me.

The price is right for these, and the best thing about them is that the legs do not ride up which is an issue for me with other chafe shorts. I deducted one star from my review because after one wear, the shorts were heavily pilled in high friction areas. This isn't the end of the world aesthetically because they are worn under clothes and won't be seen, but it does make me question what the longevity of the shorts will be. Lastly, these aren't perfectly opaque,especially the lighter colors, but they will keep you modest if the wind catches your skirt.

Bought some of these in 2019. They've held up beautifully through washing & wearing & are still wearable. I needed more black & I was so happy they are still available in 2025. They are comfortable, close fitting, but not tight. The leg & waist band doesn't cut into my skin. Breathable crotch. No seams on sides, which was wonderful when I had my hip replacement surgery! No panty lines showing. They don't ride up the crack of your butt or roll down under your belly. The material is slippery, so you don't have to just wear them under skirts or dresses- wearing them under jeans & pants is great too - no binding, pulling or moving around like regular underwear. They work great for wearing around the house like shorts under a nightie or t-shirt too!

Really comfortable! Fits great, I normally wear an XL for these. For the price, aside from Woxer's which are pricey I highly recommend. In fact, I bought another pair today on sale.

I am a thrift store junkie and a plus size, so the pants I buy sometimes have holes in unexpected places, while the garment is otherwise in good shape. I bought these as an undergarment to keep too much skin from showing under dresses and slacks. Pros; The fabric seems durable and comfortable, the seams are a bit scratchy, but I haven't found anything like this that didn't have scratchy seams. They have washed well so far. I haven't had any readjustment issues from going to the bathroom. I have been able to wear them all day without needing to remove them after removing the covering garment. I can sleep in these. The seam is from thigh to thigh unlike most of the others that are from belly to back, though since I wear underwear under them it isn't as much of a problem. Cons; Like most brands you need to buy the next size up for them to fit. The top tends to rollup since I washed them, it is unpleasant, but not as uncomfortable the fit of some of the others. Overall I like this one the best, but I'm tempted to see if any of the more expensive ones would work better.

I have bought and tried so many different shorts like this to wear under dresses and protect my thighs, and these are BY FAR the best. I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. They are incredibly soft and comfortable. I never really understood when people said a fabric was 'buttery' until a recent pair of leggings I bought, and holy cow, these are even softer and more buttery somehow. I don't know if it's the fabric or some kind of magic, but these ACTUALLY do not roll up. I know, I know.. I did not think it was possible either. I truly cannot believe it still, but I've barely had to adjust them all day. The fabric is stretchy and breathable so even though it's in the 90s and humid, they are still so comfortable. I cannot recommend these enough, especially for the price. I'll for sure be buying them in black too.

These just arrived and I was anxious to try them on to judge whether they would serve my purpose. I didn't buy them for shaping, instead was looking for a liner for slacks made of a too clingy fabric. Mind you I have _not_ worn them a day, but based on the try-on, particularly the ease with which they pulled on, I expect all day comfort. I did not have to squirm, twist or bounce around to pull these up. They slid up my body with the silkiness of a slip. Neither did they create a tell-tale squeeze-line above my knees or around my thighs as some shapers do. I expect to be a return customer in the near future. BTW, the only reason I did not rate them a full 5 stars is because I have not actually worn them yet. UPDATE: I've since worn these and have come back to upgrade the star rating to 5. Concerned about those clingy slacks, I checked the 'view' from every angle before leaving the house and felt confident it was good to go. These are so easy to pull on and wear, you can forget you have them on. The waistband didn't roll down and the legs didn't roll up. This was a good purchase.

This is it! if you are buying this to wear under the dresses to prevent chafing, this is your product! it does not rile up, it prevents chafing, and it fits like a glove. However DO NOT BUY if you are looking for a biker shorts as these are not. These are between pantyhose and yoga leggings however they do show your underwear. I bought it to wear under my dresses so I am very happy with my purchase.

Super comfortable and perfect for wearing under skirts which is what I bought it for. The material is somewhere between thick stockings and thin leggings - very stretchy, gets sheer when stretched, lightweight and comfortable. I got a pack that had two white and two black and I thought the price was ok for what I got.

I was looking for this type of shorts to wear under clothes during summer. I used to buy a similar pair from H&M, but they discontinued them. I also tried ordering from another brand, but the sizing was completely off—too tight on the thighs and too wide on the waist. For reference, I have a small waist (62 cm) and wider hips, so finding a good fit is not easy. I wasn’t expecting much, but these turned out to be a great find. They are breathable, stretchy, and stay in place—they don’t roll up at the thighs or down at the waist, which is exactly what I needed. Also, they are not uncomfortable even after wearing them for a long time. I already washed them several times and they hold their shape well and the fabric doesn’t shrink or stretch out. I wouldn’t recommend them as yoga or workouts shorts. They’re not see-through, but the inner thigh seams look a bit like underwear lines. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely buy more.
