Says food grade all over this posting. **Q: What texture should this coconut oil be? Mine is hard.** A: Both the Virgin Organic and Naturally refined organic are solid except when the temperature is higher that 72F, then they become liquid. Our MCT oil is always liquid and our liquid coconut oil is always liquid as well. **Q: Says non-GMO, but there are no GMO coconuts to begin with, so hype for the uninformed?** A: Assume so - just like all the stuff that says, "Gluten Free" when it never had any wheat flour to begin with. **Q: Will this be ok shipped in 100 temperature heat?** A: If it gets shipped in that high of heat then it will come melted, as since it is oil it does turn to a liquid over 76 degrees (packaging says it), but it won't ruin the product. To get it back into solid form just leave it in a room where it is under 76 degrees.
