I decided to give a lip plumper a try before I broke down and went to injections and man am I glad I did. It’s wild. Is it as much as a lip filler would do? No, but I also only felt like I needed a little boost at this stage. A couple notes: - This does have a slight tingle (weirdly it seemed more k tense when I first started using it but now i barely notice it). Compared to the Too Faced plumper which I had been using before, this is nothing. I had to stop using the Too Faced one because I felt like it was burning my lips off each time - also unlike the Too Faced plumper, the response with this product is actually durable beyond just the period that it is on your lips. And it makes them feel more moisturized - I don’t feel like I have to apply a balm right away after it wears off. - The applicator sucks. You have to click a button at the bottom and wait for it to come out the plastic applicator. Half the time I click not enough or too much. This isn’t a deal breaker for me, but a good old fashioned wand in a tube would be just fine.
