I love this fountain. The seller.....not so much. It has a nice light sound to it and you can easily change the sound by placing some small rocks in the bottom or top or both. I’m not a big fan of the sound of gushing fountains so this is perfect for me. It’s well made and easy to install the pump. It does not have an on and off switch but I’m guessing that’s a safety thing. The colors are very nice and exactly as described. The light was already installed. Just had to plug it in. I filled it with R/O water (reverse osmosis ) and a couple drops of bleach. I know it says the pump doesn’t do well with bleach but I guess I will see. Make sure you get one that is factory packed. The first one they sent me was so obviously used. Even the pump was rigged into a box. Customer service was horrible!

I bought this gift for my daughter's birthday. I thought it would be attractive on her back patio and I was right. It arrived in good time and was in pristine shape. Assembly couldn't be easier, attach tube to pump, fill with water and plug in the pump. Slide the panel that conceals the opening in the back and enjoy! My only disappointment is that the description says it hold 5 to 7 gallons of water. No. At most it holds 3 gallons. I was maybe a little underwhelmed by the size. I think you could put the whole fountain in a 5 gallon bucket, but for the price I guess I can get over it. Mostly the smaller the fountain, the more often you have to top off the water to keep it from going dry. A plus is that it doesn't splash much. However if you are looking for lots of splashing sound, it's more of a trickle. I'm happy with my purchase and I would do business with this company again.

This fountain is absolutely PERFECT for my lanai. It has one led light on the bottom that is quite bright [at night] and I may actually paint it yellow to dim it a little bit; that’s not a complaint, just a preference. Out of the package, it took me less than 10 minutes to set up which included filling with water. I like the fact that this fountain only has one cord, as many others have 2, one for the pump and one for the light but these are combined. That’s a plus as I only have one outlet on my lanai. The sound is very soothing and it’s quite relaxing to watch the water cascade not only from the bowls themselves but down the wall too. Initially I had the pump set at half speed thinking of my last fountain which was very loud, but it wasn’t loud enough so I increased to full capacity and it’s perfect with minimal splashing outside the fountain itself. Highly recommend! EDIT: Would have given this fountain 5 stars but less than 3 months and the light no longer works. Disappointed about that as the light feature was one of the reasons I purchased this one to begin with.

I had my eye on this style fountain since I saw it in Improvements catalog, which was discontinued. So, of course we look to see if Amazon has what is no longer found. Once I found it I put it aside for thought again. When the price dropped, I purchased it, and am pleased with purchase despite a chipped imperfection on the outside. I took the advice of another review and added usb rechargeable led fairy lights. ( came 3 in a box) Just string the lights from the inside through the hole in lower right. I used that thick double stick alien tape equivalent to tuck the wire down. You should get this it’s worth your money and looks even better after the led lights.

Bought this for our living room and LOVE IT SO MUCH, it was easy to assemble and no splashing thanks to the water flow switch that we have turned down. Gives off a nice water sound and the light is just ok. Only bad thing was the electrical wall connector that screws 2 pieces together with a screw (like rope light connectors) was put on backwards so we can't cinch or tighten the ends, but once in place have had no issues of the cords coming apart. Very pretty...looks ceramic or made of pottery but made of resin. Pretty quiet once you get water over pump and using water conditioner is a must to avoid build up. Or use distilled water. GREAT BUY :)

I would not get it again. I bought it to use indoors, and it is a pretty fountain, and I like that it has no standing water. BUT it does splash a little outside the bowls - the concrete around the base is always damp. The cons is that the pump is louder than I'd like it to be and I don't like how bright the LED light is on top (it shines straight up rather than down into the fountain). We had to put a CD in the top bowl to dim the light (no on/ off switch). We also think it's weird that the water flow of the bowls pours out from the back, wrapping around to the front - rather than the bowls wrapping from side to side. The bad part about this is that the cord and the access hole is in the back, so you can't spin it around.

we have had this fountain over a year now and we have enjoyed it but its had some issues like some of the paint has started to come off in places and the light (that I loved!) stopped working within the first few weeks and it has been slowly starting to leak somewhere I cannot find. My main complaint is the light not working.

This review is after using the item for 1 year. The LED went bad 3 times already, twice it was taken care by the company/under warranty and now I am stuck with buying it at an exorbitant price not knowing how long will it last. Poor quality stuff.

Love this water arrangement. It makes a very subtle water fall sound, as pure bliss white noise (if you like more water sounds, use about half the amount of water only). It’s sturdy - my cats can jump on top of it (to drink) and i don’t feel like it would topple. Well made. It doesn’t leak. There is almost zero setup. It’s easy to setup - I had it setup and running with water in 5 minutes. I’ve had it now for about 2 months and have had zero issues. It could run for days without needing water, but I always top it up everyday!! To keep the motor cool. Motor will last a LONG TIME if you keep it under water.) Great buy :)

I don’t like the style of this one

I emailed them for a refund that fell on deaf ears 2 weeks ago. Not recommended. I will say we loved it for a month, then this started to happen. Yes, we used water softened water, yes it was 20 degrees celcius here in Ontario Canada, so no freezing caused this. It' a poor finish on the saucers.
