I sent the company a note through Amazon and they immediately asked if i would prefer a replacement or a refund. I decided to give it a second shot and take a replacement. The second pair of gloves arrived quickly and in expected shape. They fit true to size (I ordered small) and seem durable for the price. I'll pack these in my camping bag for gathering wood, chopping, and anything else that comes up. I was pleased with the price. Not many gloves can withstand those prickles, but these are very thick. I haven't had them long enough to see if they stand up to rock or landscaping work, but so far I'm pleased with them.
