Thinking of buying it for dog walks** A: I bought the bag for my daughter and she uses it when she is walking her dogs. She feels that it is not really waterproof, the outside definitely not, there is a lining but feels it is not really designed to be waterproof. However she lives in Southern Spain and doesn't have to experience dog walking in the rain very often there.
