Are these sold as a PAIR or individually?

I ordered 2 & got 2 Duane. It is confusing since the springs are sold as a pair, you'd think the insulators would be as well. But, no, the rubber insulators /spring seats Moog K160072 were packaged & sold individually.

Are they required for spring replacement?

No, you can reuse the original insulators but I recommend replacing them.

Need top isolator for rear coil spring

This works as a top or bottom depending on the application...call moog ask for appropriate part number for your application then price shop...
