Does the “super standard slicer” hook onto bowls to collect slices; have an easy-turn dial which adjusts thickness; and disassembles for cleaning?

It does have an easy dial for thickness. The different slicers are affixed by two screws which were easy to loosen. This makes cleanup easy. Sorry don't know about hooking up to bowl.
