This is great for going through the change! My daughter has had hot flashes and brain fog. A friend told me about Metagenics that has helped her and now my daughter is back to her normal self again.

Who would have ever thought rhubarb extract could help with hot flashes? But wow, this has helped me so much. It has reduced my hot flashes at least 85%. I tried HRT and my body did not like it. And honestly, this rhubarb extract has helped more than the HRT did for the hot flashes.

So far so good with this. I'm new to this menopause phase and I'm living in a hot house that is my body. I tried another supplement that contained this rhubarb as well as 3 other things that did not at all agree with me, specifically St John's Wort. So I'm trying this in isolation. I've been taking it for about a week now and it is definitely helping. My power surges (like that term way better!) have decreased. I'd like them to be eliminated, but one step at a time. My naturopath wants me to try a phase of naturopathic options before I go to the estrogen patch.

Have patience please and read this testimonial. I have never given 5 stars to any herbal remedy. NEVER.This was a very pricey trial for me but I was desperate to quit sweating! Just ended 33 years of HRT. I asked my Doc for some relief and heard this "Some women never get relief and always have hot flashes." It was very disheartening because I was truly miserable!. Finally, my Pain Relief Specialist told me this. "I was a Family Physician before I went into pain control as a specialty. The women who seemed the most comfortable were the one's that took Estrovera multiple vitamins." I came home and scoured the internet. Nope. So, I ordered what I could find and it was Estrovera. I was still taking HRT when I started this product so I was dry and comfortable.. I was down to one HRT pill a week and I was on the Estrovera daily. When I was pulled completely from my HRT I was almost at the end of the Estrovera. I didn't worry much and quit everything including the Estrovera.. My hot flashes were epic! Wet hair,wet bra.wet clothing, no make-up left on my face,I finally quit wearing any make-up. Wet sheets at night from 3 hot flashes in 10 minutes flat, I was just so miserable!. I needed a shower after each one. Top this off by the fact that I live in Tucson. Az. It is 105 here now in August. After a few weeks of misery I was willing to try anything. I had 4 Estrovera tablets left in the fridge. I had not taken one in weeks and was not hopeful- I was taking these with HRT. With no hormones in my system for over a month I took 2 Estrovera on Friday. 2 on Saturday. Saturday night I slept through the night with no sweating for the first time in weeks! Why had I quit taking these? I ordered another bottle today.. I awoke Sunday morning dry.. No wet sheets.First time in over a month. I didn't need the fan blowing on me all night! I feel fortunate that the first thing I tried worked .I feel stupid that I quit taking something that was working! This supplement stopped some of the worst hot flashes I have ever experienced.or even heard discussed and I was a Hairdresser! I have heard everything! So, from a true skeptic I'm telling you- these ARE worth their weight in gold! And they cost about that much so try something cheaper first perhaps? It didn't work for my hot flashes for the first 3 weeks, then on the 4th week they completely stopped. I was having flashes every 3 hours and all through the night. Now I have none. I'm on my second bottle now and I love this product. No more hot flashes!

Love this product. I started taking 2 at night and my hot flashes are completely gone. Continue to take it for longer periods of time, and hot flashes disappear.

The product is working great, but I kept thinking I was running out quicker than was expected. I got my order today and counted my pills. They were 6 pills short.Count your pills when you get them! I reported directly to Metagenics. We shall see what they do.

I have been taking this now for 3 months and I really like it as an addition to the products that I have been taking since being in menopause. I used to wake up in the night several times, having to push off the covers; only to be cold 10 minutes later. I have hardly experienced this at all since starting this product. I take one per day, they are very small and easy to take. Overall, I think it is a good addition to the protocol of products that I have been taking, and will continue on it.
