Over the years, she's progressed from the basic paintings to much more detailed paintings where precision is required to properly recreate the original. Unfortunately, the brushes that are included in the kits are fairly low quality and fall apart after a few strokes. We've been buying better detail brushes locally at a cost of 3 to 4 times what this package cost for the same quantity. I found these and decided it was worth a chance to see if these would do what my wife needed. When we received these brushes my wife was in the middle of a very detailed painting, so I asked that she try using a brush or two from this set to see how they would hold up. A few hours later, she told me that these were so comfortable and she liked them better than the brushes that we were presently buying.
