do you have a size chart or can you give me the chest, waist, sleeves etc measures?

I am 6' 2" and 275 lbs. I ordered the 2x as all my shirts and coats are all 2x but this coat runs small. I had to send back the 2x and order the 3x. My chest size is 46". Hope this helps
