I have been using for a full week and I do feel more normal inside..I got very lethargic..home office syndrome.After one week I feel better. The taste is why the 4 star. I think this is a very good product but they should try to make the grass taste go away or better.UPDATE Tip: stir very well in Apple Juice or your choice..let sit for a few min. I use 1 level scoop to 6 oz juice. Stir again it is smoother and not gritty much better to drink. Giving it the 5 star

I've been using this product for about 3 or 4 months now. I have autoimmune issues (Lupus and Hashimoto's). I think it's helped a little bit with every levels (which is one of my biggest struggles), but not a huge difference. But what was a pleasant surprise was I have noticed that my mood has improved since taking it. My depression symptoms have eased a bit. I'll take any help I can get with that! As far a taste goes it tastes like grass clippings if you try to drink it by itself, so you want to mix it with juice or add something like Mio flavor drops.

I not only use this great food supplement myself but my Maltese’s dog uses it and it seems to STOP the red or rust staining around the eyes and mouths many white dogs have. I have had 4 Maltese pups and started it on my last one and surprise NO MORE RED STAIN!!!! You have to start slowly adding it to your dogs wet food working up to about 1/4 Tsp.because your dog may not like the bitter taste. Love it in my smoothies!

We love this product in my home! I have been locked down with a house full of covid positive people, and my son and I have NOT gotten it, (knock on wood). We are the only ones drinking it. I also give it to my dog for her gut health because she's had a lifetime of antibiotics and steroids.I've taken this through two pregnancies as well, for anyone wondering if it's safe while pregnant.Highly recommend. It tastes terrible, but we mix ours with orange juice and it is more than tolerable. I actually kind of like it.

Someone at a health food store recommended this to me. The taste can be disgusting at first but I have grown to like it. I mix it in a small amount of water and chug it to get it over with. However, I've gotten used to it and it's no longer repulsive.I have a lot of stomach problems due to an intestinal parasite I acquired when I was hiking the Inca Trail in Peru. As a result my digestive system has been compromised and finding food that doesn't upset my stomach can be challenging. I used to go through a bottle of Pepto-Bismol about every week. Ever since I started taking that I can even eat at Taco Bell without having any problems. I also got Covid but was asymptomatic even though I have Type II diabetes. I drink this every day. I'm a believer.

I bought this after falling in love with a one month promotion for Athletic Greens but not being able to justify the price AG charges. This looked like a very comparable substitute but admittedly the taste is nowhere close to as enjoyable as AG. I get it, they probably just stuck to the raw ingredients and didnt put any effort into the taste which is better than loading it up with sugar or artificial addititives. But AG definitely spoiled me with that smooth subtle vanilla flavor. I now find myself chugging this down and highly motivated to experiment with what I might be able to mix with it. Not a deal breaker but I fear if I don't find a good way to make it more enjoyable, it will fall out of my routine.

The cost is somewhat prohibitive but the large amount of quality nutrients in one scoop makes it worth the price. Have incorporated this as a daily intake and will continue to take this knowing that on the days I don't quite meet the ideal healthy required intake of foods, by taking this I will have given my body what it need to keep strong and full of vitality. Highly recommend this product for those wanting to achieve and maintain optimum health.
