Old fashioned phone cord
This is a simple yet great product. Mom loves it. It's functional and it stretches just enough so she can walk around, do her cooking and cleaning in the kitchen and talk to people. A smart choice.

Wires frayed easily.
Bought Nov 27, 2025 and by March 27, 2026 a time period of four months, the wires that hooked into the headset was frayed making the phone unusable. It only had normal wear like calling my mother daily and hanging up on telephone solicitors. I loved the color and otherwise it seemed fine at first, but not for the long run.

Happy With This Phone Cord (My Second One)
In the era of cellular phones, I obviously still have a landline (plus a cell phone) and I do like the quality and longevity of this cord. I will say though it DOES tangle at times, but to remedy that I just remove the handset, untangle it, put the handset back and move on. Would recommend it to those of us who still have landlines and need a replacement cord which are not that easy to find.

Awful
Came in normally, was slightly brown and not very green but that's fine. After a week it's constantly tangled and I'm worse off than I was with my original. Can't return it would paying almost as much as I spent on shipping.
