High Quality Balsamic Vinegar!
I gave this a try based on a review from a different web site and was pleasantly surprised.I have found very few "true" balsamic vinegars and this is one of them.It is thick, syrupy, and full of flavor. You can tip the bottle and see this coat the glass surface.Another brand that is worth trying is Dodi Family Reserve (also sold by Amazon).

Excellent salad vinegar.
Very fine vinegar. A little goes a long way.Use with an equally good oil for full effect.Difficult to find.
