I was hoping for a miracle. Or at least results that I read from the 4- and 5- star reviews. I used the cream and belt exactly and religiously and noticed no difference whatsoever. I tried leaving the belt on longer, too, but there was no change.The cream was truly nothing special--I remain confused by the reviews that claim a strong heating-sensation from the cream. It was just... creamy stuff. With lumps. I used the lumpy bits, too, thinking the magic heating-ingredient was coagulated, but no.The belt itself was not particularly firm. Perhaps I should have been skeptical when the package arrived with a handwritten "defective" scrawled on the side of the box! I ordered the recommended size and found it snug but not even as snug as spanx. Some people complained of having difficulty breathing--this was not at all an issue. There was no heat sensation from wearing the belt, either.I remain confused and disappointed in this product. There was no heat, no burning, and absolutely no change. The standing abdominal crunches are good exercises--it is easy to feel your muscles work and believe these will help, but they can be done without any cream or spandex waist-tube. Im returning this--this was too expensive for no results. If this has worked for others, then great! But this has done nothing for me.

I received & used this product today by wearing it to my Zumba class. I was disappointed at the fact that after slipping it on it rolled upward from the bottom. This probably wouldn't be an issue if I were only using it w/ the DVD & then sitting around for an additional 8 mins. I ordered a size 2 per the size instructions & expected the garment to fit snug & stay is place during my workout. However, I am a womens' size 14 w/ a small pouch under my belly button so maybe I should have ordered the smaller size but I thought that would have been too small. Nonetheless, I pulled it down to the top of my hips & tucked it in my under garments & workout capris. It increased my sweat production and I plan on continuing to use it despite the fact that is rolls up from the bottom since I'm not a fan of returning used merchandise(despite this vendors 30 day money back guarantee). I will invest in a smaller size in the future. I would recommend ordering a size smaller than what u think u need.

GOOD BACK SUPPORT BUT WAS TUMMY TUCK

I'm going to leave ongoing reviews of this product, this being the first.I received the package yesterday, and used it twice the first day, for 3 hours each time. For the reviewer who said the belt wasn't tight enough...you must have ordered the wrong size! I am a size 18, 5'7" and 220lbs (with most of my weight being in the stomach and love handle area). I ordered the XL size (for sizes 18+) and it was so tight I struggled to get it on. While it's not a girdle, it does pull you in and creates a slimmer look under clothing (not a miracle slimmed look, but less obvious rolls).The lotion that came with is in a good sized tube. The first time I used it, I followed the dvd instructions and used only about a marble sized amount (one squirt for my front and one for my back). I didn't really feel any tingling, or warmth. The lotion also has a clumpy consistency, which is strange. The second time I used a lot more than recommended, about a jawbreaker sized amount and then put the belt on. After about 10 minutes my skin was tingling and warmed. I'm going to keep using this amount, so I guess the tube won't last the full 30 days like the manufacturer says.I plan to use the belt twice a day, 2-3 hours at a time, with a half hour of exercise with the belt on. I will post another review after a week of use, and then again after a month.

I received the tummy tuck i didn't Believe and do as it tells you how to do it and you will see results . Every one losses at a different levels with different results. Never give up! I was doubtful about purchasing this item; however I purchased it. When l revived it it came with everything it said. So the first thing I did was measure my waist I was petrified because I didn't want my husband two know how big my waist was. So my husband wanted to do the honors of measuring my waist. So I let him I was scared but we did it together and to both are surprise it was a size 43 1/2 inches. It blew my mind I thought I was about 38 inches; but to my surprise it wasn't. So I put on the video watched it with my husband and after that I got busy! I also incorporated crunches and to our surprise in three days I measured myself and I went down to a 41 1/2 inches I was ecstatic it inspired me to continue the process.in a few more weeks all measure myself again. All the stupid claims made by the owners of this so-called tummy tuck "miracle" slimming whatever are all empty. It is a waste of money. I watched their video and had followed every step they recommended. Not only that I apply this cream which came with the belt twice daily, I go to the gym wearing this belt and spend at least one and half hours everyday sweating at the gym, I did not even loose an inch. the worst of it all is that I cut my meals to twice daily, and I eat very light food - coffee with an egg in the morning, and beans and vegetables in the afternoon, I did not even loose half an inch in almost 2 months that I started using all these fraudulent products. The first month, I used the type called - "It Works Global" and nothing happened, then, I bought this tummy tuck stuff, and its the same story.
