These are the fix youโre looking for!
I have had foot pain since my surgery in May. My sister in law said her doc suggested these lads and passed the suggestions to me. WoW!!! Immediately I had relief of the pain in my toes and the ball of my foot! Iโm sold and will reorder.

No adhesive, no padding, poor design. 3 strikes, you're out!
Oy, where to start with these? First, to the engineers (and I use that term loosely) shame on you. For signing off on this product. The no adhesion makes them useless, they just move around in your shoe and settle between all your toes. They also have almost zero actual padding. No way to know this before buying (unless you read this review!). They also are not shaped right. So, what exactly do they do well if they miss on every single thing they are supposed to do. This is where online shopping fails. If you felt these (in a store) you would immediately move on. Put a pad of post-it notes in your shoe, you will be more comfortable. Actually put one post it note in your shoe (minus the adhesive part) and you will have an idea of what these are like Do not buy!

They work!
Theyโre molded dense foam with a sticky back, and the price was good, especially compared sadly, to local. My podiatrist recommended trying these rather than a steroid shot into the Mortonโs Neuroma. The hardest part was finding where to put them. The first set I got locally and stuck them on, only to realize they werenโt in the correct place and didnโtHelp. So, I ordered this set.Upon receiving them, I decided to use two strips of blue masking tape wrapped around the insole to hold them in place temporarily until I found by wearing them was the best spot.Turns out they had to go farther to the rear than I thought (each person & foot are going to be different) and after 3 or 4 tries in different locations over the period of a few weeks I found the location that worked. I had to trim a bit as well. Dare I say to my relief? ๐ I can once again be on my feet for more than an hour or so without pain.I would, and will, buy them again since they need to be in every pair of shoes I own. Thankfully I donโt have a different pair of shoes for every day of the week!

Definitely relieved the pain and stiffness in my foot
I was skeptical the pad would work but glad that it does. This is the exact foot pad my doctor recommended. I put the pair in my shoes but only need it for my left foot. The days I have worn it in my left shoe I did not have pain or stiffness in my left foot. When I wore the right foot pad it was uncomfortable so I took it out. Since I only need the left one I wish I could have only bought one. The right one will go to waste so for that reason I gave it 4 stars. Little tricky to put in some shoes since I take it in and out and donโt use the adhesive. Want to buy more but donโt need the pair.

Not for everyone.
The product bag was dirty on the outside and inside as well. Hard to place in sneakers and due to the snugger fit, it tore when putting the sneakers on. Perhaps for different looser shoes or sandals it would be fine but it needs to be made out of sturdier material instead of a firm regular foam pad. Adding that removal of the pad left hard to remove adhesive inside the sneaker.

Never wear out
These are the best metatarsal pads. They are used by the professionals and are hard to come by so when I saw them I ordered them right away. They have a 2 way tape on the back so stick in your shoes securely. They don't compress to the point that they wear out. I've had a couple pair for years and they are just as good as the first day they were inserted. Highly recommend.

Tear easily, don't last long - not like the wool ones
Only giving a two because the size is good, everything else is terrible! The material tears, they're too squishy and they don't last at all.

Significant for comfort
These little pads are very important for the comfort of my bony metatarsal area. It is a complete solution by significantly reducing the pressure on my metatarsal area. I will need to use this for the rest of my life, so I hope they stay in business.

Excellent product
I have severe arthritis in my metatarsal joint on one of my feet, which has been a huge problem. I do have custom orthotics which I use often. However, the orthotics do not fit well in certain shoes, especially hiking boots and my Blundstones winter boots. So I thought I would try these.I carefully placed them to locate them exactly where the metatarsal support is on my orthotics; there was some trial and error which meant putting them in and then pulling them off and relocating them. I was worried that the adhesive might be compromised by repeatedly placing them and then peeling them off the insoles. They worked beautifully. I have had them in for months and they are still sticking in place very well, and they are almost as effective as my orthotics in avoiding foot pain.Tip: remove your shoe insoles first, then place the pads where you think they should go and then replace the insoles over top and try them. That way if there is any reduction in the adhesive strength, it won't matter because they are hidden under the insoles. Also note they do NOT go under the arch of your foot, but just behind the metatarsal joint (ie just to the rear of the ball of your foot) close to the inside (instep) slide of the foot. If you aren't used to wearing orthotics, they will feel a little odd until you get used to them.

Zero Overall Rating
Received these, did not work, could not place them on my feet and into the shoes. The WORST PART IS TRYING TO RETURN THESE. Intelcom i s supposed to Pick up returns from residence the next business day. It's been 9 days! I have emailed Amazon.ca - no reply. I called Intelcom 4 days ago, supposedly pick up next day. Did not happen. Here I am on the phone again on hold .... Terrible Service!

Cheap Metatarsal Pads
Works well for what I need it for - the adhesive is pretty good if used on plastic - I haven't had any problems with mine yet.
