Nghia Stainless Steel Cuticle Nipper C-04 (Previously D-03) Jaw 14

I live in a dry climate and use these daily for trimming dry skin around my nails. They have a beautiful, efficient design, are ultra sharp and have a very handy little cap to keep you from accidently cutting yourself when they're not in use. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. A great value. p.s. It's been two years since I bought these. I just marvel at how good they are each time I use them that I thought I ought to write a review.

Do you ever wonder where these nail salons get their extra sharp cuticle cutters? Me too. I'm not a nail technician, so I can't say this is the one, but this product is precise and sharp. Compared to the ones you can get at any drug stores, this is a life changer. Using this cut down my cuticle trimming time in half. Also, because it's so sharp, I don't cut and bleed my cuticles anymore with those dull ones.

I've been a manicurist for over 25 years and remember the days when you spent good money on nippers, and the quality was always there. I've used Antoine Cobalt ( $54) , Mehaz ( $38) and more recently Tweezerman ($32) , and have been disappointed in the latter two for several years now. You see, it's never certain that the nipper will be sharp and smooth right out of the package. Sometimes they are good, and sometimes not. It's a gamble. When I get a bad pair, it infuriates me, as I feel like I have thrown my money down the drain. Yes, these companies have lifetime warranties, but they never stay sharp long after they have been sharpened, and why should I be inconvenienced when I paid full price for an item that should have been sharp to begin with? Well, I decided to take a gamble ( with much less at stake) and proceeded to order two less expensive nippers on Amazon, one being the Nghia D-3 nipper, and was so delighted when I took that first clip of my cuticle. The nipper was sharp and had a great feel to it. I was so happy, that I immediately clicked the "buy again " button. My only concern is that the nipper will sell out because of my good review. FYI, the other nipper I ordered in the same price point wasn't great, but it was worth it to have found this nipper.

My mother's nail tech uses these and he bought me a pair because I give myself a manicure weekly, without fail. My cuticles grow out of control and I was so tired of purchasing drug store nippers that sometimes would not even be sharp on the first use and having to return them. I have also tried nippers from beauty supply stores and paid extra for their top of the line models. They all pretty much sucked. I even sent a pair back to the Tweezerman company to have re-sharpened (which took forever for them to send them back) and they still weren't any good. ....these bad boys are S H A R P. I'm still on my first pair and have used them many times. Just be careful not to cut yourself.

As a board certified Nail Technician for 10+ years, I've used alot of nippers but this are one of my favorites. I'm not sure what the deal is with the naming scheme going from D-03 to C-03 but from my brief usage, its pretty comparable if not the same. These are incredibly sharp, however they do dull down after awhile of daily usage. I probably have to buy a few new ones every few months but for the average person at home, as long as you dont drop them, they might as well last you forever.

Get these! These are so much better than what they carry at your regular pharmacy store. The size of these nippers were perfect. The actual cutting blade part wasn't super thick so this allowed for a more precise nipping. These felt pretty sturdy in my hands. I have purchased tweezerman brand nippers before and they went dull after less than a handful of uses. I've used this pair more than that and they are still going strong. These save me so much money from having to go to a salon to get a manicure. Good clean cuticles is what you need for perfect manicure and I'm glad I got these.

I’ve always used the brand Tweezerman but have had to replace close to yearly. These I learned about from a YouTube Nail Tech and they are less expensive, sharper, and easier to manage. They are VERY sharp as well! Correct technique is advisable if you want to stay free of cuts! Search YouTube under ‘how to use cuticle nippers.” They also have a thick plastic cap that covers the sharp nose of the nippers keeping it safe (and protecting the edges from dulling) when storing it.

They were sharp they were inexpensive they worked well

This brand is the best so far! Great quality! Will definitely recommend to everyone

Best I have purchased and I've had quite a few other brands. This one is very sharp and precise.
