Wooden Watch by Gassen James - Alpha II Maple Wood

Really like it but haven't been able to wear it because I have a small wrist. They provided instructions in the box to take some links out but i haven't the time to do this right now. 4 stars because this is 2015 and I feel that the company should offer different size bands and not put the customer through having to use tools and a jewelers lobe they don't have, . I will probably just take it to Walmart and get them to do it.

This watch is very nice, good quality. I'm 5"7" and large boned for a woman and the face of this watch is large, although if you like larger watches, this is the ticket! I think it would be extremely helpful if Amazon or the seller would add a picture of this watch being worn by both a woman and a man so that we could get a better perspective of its size!!! I know the dimensions are listed, however, I'm not that great at picturing measurements in my head and don't normally have a ruler handy!! Just a thought! However, this watch is marvelous quality and at that price, it's perfect.

I bought this watch just because i was a carpenter for 25 years and felt i should have a wooden watch in my collection. It has a nice citizen miyota movement plus it looks very well crafted (even though it is a $40 watch) It was very easy to adjust the band and the dial is easy to read along with the day and date. I would purchase another watch from this company.

Very nice! I like the light color because I can wear it with a lot of things. Unique and a great gift idea. I bought a few more as groomsmen gifts for my wedding. Cheaper than other wood watches I looked at. Clasp is simple and easier to work than other similar watches. Very pleased with the purchase.

These watches are definitely worth the price. I actually came back and ordered another one- just a different color. My boyfriend loved the look of these watches as they were stylish but also very natural. I was afraid that it would feel cheap but it really doesn't. Great buy for anyone outdoorsy or anyone who just wants something a bit different in their collection. ;)

They were super good to work with. I got the watch, and it looked great! I was more fair-skinned, so it didn't look that great on me, so I decided to return it. No questions asked, they were quick and understanding, and refunded me in about a week after I sent it back.

Nice, exceptionally lightweight watch that I've received many compliments on. Only three stars because the face scratches very easily.

Love the watch! Got it for my wife so we had to take out some of the links. But luckily it got perfect. Would be great if it had came with a tiny screwdriver because you need two very tiny ones. But I bought another and made it work.
