Review: I don't know what Dove put in this bar but I'm convinced it's magic. I stepped into the shower a regular person and stepped out hydrated, refreshed, and frankly a little smug about my skincare routine. The Clean Comfort scent is exactly what it sounds like -- clean. Not "I'm trying too hard" clean. Just clean. The 3-in-1 situation -- hand, body, face, AND shave -- means I no longer need to think in the shower, which is honestly where I do my best not-thinking. It lathers well, rinses clean, and my skin doesn't feel like sandpaper afterward. My wife has noticed. I've noticed her noticing. The one flaw, and I say this with a heavy heart: this bar dissolves faster than I'd like. You'll go through it quicker than a standard bar. This is the price we pay for luxury. Buy the 8-pack. I've been using Dove Men+Care products for years now, and honestly, my skin has never felt better. I originally bought these because the blue Dove Men+Care “hydrating” bars I usually get were either sold out, more expensive than usual, or this version was on sale. Either way, I’m glad I tried them. The Blue Eucalyptus scent smells really nice and fresh without being too overpowering. I’m not completely sure if this one feels quite as hydrating as the blue hydrating bar, but I still really like it and enjoy using it. I also sometimes use the exfoliating Dove Men+Care bar, but this one has become my current reorder choice because the scent is so good. Overall, it’s a solid body bar that smells great, works well, and is easy to keep repurchasing.
