It's now June 10th, and I already have an issue with the cord. I keep my right ear always in so it's easier to answer a phone, etc., but in the last three days the cord now doesn't want to stay out. It wants to retract bit by bit, and takes a bit of pulling continuously until I can get it out enough to fit in my ear. The left ear works perfectly fine as I don't use that side a lot. The sound quality is still on par, and these are still working fine, it's just the one cord that I have to fight to make stay put. Again, for the price point, it's still fine, just beware if you are going to use these constantly.************************I bought these neckband bluetooth headphones as a backup as the price was so cheap, so I wasn't really expecting much out of them, and I definitely wasn't expecting to fall in love with these, or use them as my go-to earbuds! The package totally leaves something to be desired as they come in a clear plastic bag with a zip top. They did come with a USB charging cord, which wasn't so small that the earbuds would hang in the air when I charge them as some earbuds I've purchased in the past come with the tiny short little cords. They also come with earbuds already attached, and other sets in the bag for small, medium, or large width. I went ahead and charged these as soon as I got them in, and I'm not going to lie, I waited a solid hour before I went to try them out. The charging light was still red, so it will take them a little while to fully charge. I would honestly give it about two hours max as when I connected them the battery icon indicated they were almost fully charged.That being said, these are definitely bigger than the other wireless neckbands that I have used. They also have more buttons that any I've used either! But in all actuality, I love it! Reason is because I normally have one button for volume and fast forwarding, which sucks when you're listening to a book or music, and you accidentally bump it to the next song or further along versus just trying to increase the volume. So I'm totally down with all the buttons.The power button is a slider, and found on the inside of the neckband, and no, none of the inside buttons hit my skin or disturb me in any way. I do like the fact that this is an actual on/off slider button as none of my other bluetooth wireless earbuds have had it, and sometimes I didn't know if they were on or not. Below the on/off button is a another tiny push button. This button is for retracting the earbud once it's been pulled out. One press, and the earbud swooshes back. This same button is also on the opposite inner side of the neckband also for the other earbud. On the outer shell of the left side of the neckband, the same one with the on/off switch, is the volume button. I was trying to press these darn buttons, until I realized they are slide buttons too! Just slide it down or up to decrease or increase your volume. Below that is the charging port. On the outer right side of the neckband is the back or forward button, and yes it's also a slider button as well. Underneath you'll find the play/pause button, which is a press button.At the very end of the neckband you have two retractable earbuds, and this is the one star rating as the wire is so thin and small I'm afraid of how long these are going to last due to the thinness of the cords as you have to pull on the earbud to get it to the length you desire. However, for the price of ten bucks, I couldn't beat it, and so far so good.As for the sound quality, I'm pretty surprised due to the price factor. I really didn't anticipate this good of a sound quality, but while they aren't Bose quality, they still aren't bad at all, and don't have that teeny sound at all. Bass isn't fantastic, but it's still decent. Listening to my audio books is totally fine though as well as Netflix. In use, there is also a voice that announces when your device is connected, and announces the battery life as well as vibrates once it's on to let you know it's connected. Currently, I have a newborn, so I'm using these a lot during the day and night for those late night feedings, and I'm not even halfway through the battery yet from about midday yesterday to midday today. Because these are retractable I do love that I don't have hanging earbuds that my newborn can't tangle herself in if I'm wearing them. I'm also a working mom, commuter, and try to workout during lunch breaks, so these are definitely going to come in handy, but as I'm still on maternity leave I can't fully tell you how great they are with sweat. I will say I did use these while relaxing in a bubble bath with the neckband put as a headband style on my head with one earbud in, and I've had no issues with that either. Voice calling is also easy, and clear, and clear on the other end as well! There was no voice distortion, but from some of the more expensive brands I've used, I will say the voice was "smaller" than the more expensive brands, but that's to be expected. I can still hear fine, and so can the other person on the line. For the price point, I truly couldn't pass these by, and now I'm glad I didn't as these are now my go to earbuds! Being a small female I did have to change the earbuds to the smaller ones, but the battery life, sound, and...dare I say...durability of these (minus the tiny tiny cords connected to the earbuds) make these a hit with me! My husband is also eyeing these, and I feel like I'm going to be purchasing another set for him as well. And my last note is the silver tips on the neckband, where the earbuds are located, are supposed to be shiny and pretty, but mine came with little scratches on them. Again, not a hinder to me at all, as I'll probably scratch them when tossing them in my diaper bag or purse, but wanted to put that out there. ### ⭐⭐⭐ biggest issue is the connection quality... *by M***C on August 14, 2019* i can have my phone right next to me on a table and if i turn they can cut out... or i can have my phone in my pocket on and they will cut out... it seems the radio antenna is on the left side... so if i have my phone in the right pocket there is almost never a stable connection... that is my biggest gripe... but for an 11 dollar headset its pretty darn good... its better then nothing... i get what i pay for... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great choice for under $15! *by A***Y on September 20, 2019* For the longest, my roommate needed a pair of Wireless retractable Bluetooth headsets for himself. After seeing me spend $40 on an Insignia Best Buy brand of headphones, we decided to try to go the cheaper route by shopping through Amazon.I have to say, Amazon never fails to meet my expectations. The Bluetooth headset is very lightweight an easy to use. Also has a good amount of durability for the rough users. Now he doesn't have to worry about my son recklessly pulling on the earphones. Everything seems to work well in terms of sound quality and function.The only issue he's made note of is that certain devices I having a hard time syncing to the Bluetooth.
