This thing is awesome!! Solid! Fits on various tripods.

Works like a charm,used it to shoot 160 class 10 point buck.

Works great. I've used it with both my AR platform rifles and bolt actions.

If you screw this down enough to hold a heavy rifle the stamped metal will bend.

Good product. Made in USA! Its sturdy and grips well. There is slight flex if you over tighten on your gun or have odd shape forend. Aside from this its solid. No doubt this will last a lifetime. Why 3 stars? Price its not worth the money there are other options that cost way less. If this was half the price I probobly would have bought 2. Instead I opted for a Bog deathgrip which is saddle and tripod for close to the same price. This was bought for use with some of my other guns that either cant support RRS/Arca swiss mount usually my hunting guns. All my precision rifles use RRS/Arca swiss mounts for serious work. Unfortunatly this will sit in the spare parts box and get used as backup to the bogs deathgrip or serve as the loaner if someone doesnt have a tripod setup. If your gun is in a chassis I suggest going with RRS/Arca. Then consider the bogs deathgrip. Unfortunatly the pig saddle is next to last on the list only in front of the ridiculously priced hog saddle. The only reason I didnt return it was its made in U.S.A! If thats important to you this is a good choice.
