It really does help!
I bought this for a Christmas gift for my dad who had neuropathy bad and he loves it! He swears by these. Within the first half hour of having it on he said he hand started to feel warm again instead of cold like always! And it helps with his pain. It’s light weight and comes with tools to adjust the size of it if need be. Fits him perfectly! And he loves the colors of it!

I recommend this one I wear it 24 seven.
I do notice a difference in my carpal tunnel pain. For that reason I do recommend.Just don’t wear it to an airport or any place where they have metal detectors. You will set it off. Leave them at home for that reason.Other than that, I wear him 24 seven.

EDITING THIS REVIEW: The bracelet fell off my wrist again and I lost another pin. Nor wearable .... changing rating to a 1.ORIGINALK: Great looking bracelet. I found it easy to resize using the tool that comes with it. The problem I have is that the pins can work lose ... the bracelet has fallen off due to that. I have to constantly check that pins aren't starting to move, and if one is then correct it. So I have decided to only wear it when I know I'll know if it falls off ... not 100% of the time. It was cheap, so no big deal for me ... but be aware.
