the product i received has an expiration date less than 2 weeks from the date i got it....what is the normal refrigerator life of this product?

I'm not sure this is normal, but my shipment's expiration date was 2 months after I received the sauce.

If it's supposed to be refrigerated, why is this sauce being shipped without cooling packs?

You need to refrigerate after opening the bottle. Been using for years. Never had a problem because we use it all the time. The Best Sauce period.

A great steak sauce

Peter Luger steak sauce is a superb accompaniment to steaks, crab cakes, fried onion rings and french fries. Tangier than ketchup but not overwhelmingly so. Good value.
