Well made and looks good on the worktop. Bought it to replace a Umbra Buddy which sadly rusted at the base due to being near the kitchen drainer. Both the OXO and Umbra are the same height and width and made for larger sized rolls. Whilst the Umbra looks fine with a shorter height roll the OXO leaves some of the plastic roll holder sticking out of the top which is far from ideal. Both are relatively expensive but given the choice I would prefer the quirkiness of the Umbro Buddy. Just do not leave it where it gets wet.

It sits very happily on my kitchen unit. I like being able to tear off a sheet of paper from it easily without picking up the whole role.

It’s looks good and a fair price

I bought this OXO kitchen roll holder based on its numerous positive reviews on Amazon. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with this product. First, I find the unit excessively tall, and the middle plastic piece that holds the roll in place often sticks out at the top, even with a standard Plenty kitchen roll. Second, the base is enormous. It may be sturdy but i find that although it's designed for wider rolls, it takes up a lot of space on my rather large countertop. The one-handed tear feature seemed appealing at first, but it's not particularly impressive. I ended up buying larger XL-sized rolls just to hide the grey plastic in the middle, as it disrupts the clean look of my kitchen. I've started looking at other kitchen roll holders, as this one is quite pricey and hasn't met my expectations. Overall, I'm not impressed with this purchase at all.

Awkward, too hard to get the paper towel roll on and off.

値は張りますが、重厚感があり安定してペーパーを巻き取る事ができます。 良い商品を購入して永く大切に使いたい人にはピッタリな商品です。 コストコで購入したホルダー(2,000円位？)からの買い替えでしたが、最初からコレを購入しておけば良かったと正直な感想です。
