Murray'sExtra Heavy Hair Pomade

What a terrific hair pomade! I had heard of Murray's but never paid too much attention to them. My mistake, because this is an absolutely fabulous pomade, especially for the money. I like heavy holding pomades, and this Murray's Extra Heavy delivers.This is an oil based pomade, so expect a shampoo or two to get it out of your hair, but I actually like that it stays in for a few days because it makes my next day hair regimen so much easier. I also like that there aren't many ingredients in it, especially the bad chemicals that lots of modern store bought formulas use.Very happy and highly recommended!

Strongest pomade I've ever found. It performs very well. As advertised it's like Murray's original but with more wax so it is stiffer/harder. I recommend using it rubbed into your palms with warm or hot water running over your hands, then immediately run your hands through your hair. Repeat this with small amounts of product until you've covered all the areas you intend to cover.I have thick hair (Armenian) so personally I fill my cupped hands with hot water then slap my hands onto my head and press the water towards whichever direction I want my hair to go, this melts and directs all the wax that's already in my hair to help the wax shape to my head better.

This is for wolfing when your hair starts to really get unruly. This has that old school Murray's hold.

I have used Murray's for many years, so I thought I would go for some extra hold. Meh, for the extra cost of the can compared to Murray's superior, or Dax. This wasn't getting it for me. It does has a nice scent, but not really much more hold if any.
