does this conditioner help with dry frizzy hair?

I have only used the shampoo which is very gentle. As with any shampoo, excessive washing gets rid of too much natural body oil which is bad for hair, skin, etc. I have never used Woody's condition but the same is true. If you shampoo and use conditioner too much you will have "frizzy" hair. If you use shampoo with necessary frequency for yourself you won't need condition and save yourself money.
