Loved it and would buy again! I suffer from pcos, so I barely see my monthly, but after using vitex along with DiM...it felt like my reproductive system was on reset mode. I started the supplements at the beginning of last month. so far the results are great! My cycle came back to back normally and lasted for about a week. So it came last month and now this month also my moods has been in a calm state. So yes I totally recommend it and will be ordering again.

My nutritionist had me taking this when I was experiencing flooding flow with menopause and my hot flashes no longer woke me up. Said it builds up in your system in a few weeks and she was my hero ever since. Now I have my daughter taking this as she noticed hormone shifts and it's helping so much.

Extremely important supplement if lowered prolactin is what you need.

I was starting to experience issues with cycle tracking in recent months. While trying to conceive, this can be extremely frustrating. After some research I inserted Vitex into my regimen in the hopes that I can regain some consistency. I went from longer periods of 31-32 days back down to my usual 27-28. It took about three months to achieve this. I still take it daily, and am very pleased with the results!

Bought this for fibroids and after using it I felt better in my body. When I first started it my period came out in partial clots then it began to get more runnier overtime. I felt less bloated and slept better. I haven't went to the doctor yet for my checkup but when I do will update again.

Chasteberry extract is supposed to build in your system and normalize your progesterone slowly... like sixth months. I am super sensitive apparently. I have ADHD and PPMD which predisposes me to have intense hormone sensitivity. A week into taking this and I am having the worst PMS - hot flashes, anxiety and irritability... This is very, very uncommon for me since starting a DIM supplement from this same brand. So, I am going to give this three stars for probably working - but only three stars because the formulation is not doing me any favors.

Seems like a good quality Vitex. Nice to only have to take a single capsule so a bottle lasts a long time.

Let’s be honest, I haven’t noticed any difference in my life while taking this. I feel no different from the day I started to now . So I don’t know how to leave a review ?

I have PCOS and irregular pro-longed period cycles. This product did not help and I used it for over a month. I can’t confirm if it works for other things but for PCOS it’s a no.
